Sifting and Separating Attapulgite Clay Powder

Research on Attapulgite Clay Particle Size Screening to Achieve High-Yield Screening Objectives

Attapulgite Clay particle size screening is a key active separation process. We conducted experiments varying the screening motor speeds (850, 1300, and 1800 rpm) and the screening mesh sizes (20, 38, and 75μm). The results demonstrated that, with a constant mesh size, motor speed significantly impacts the sieving efficiency of the clay. The optimal screening effect was achieved at 1800 rpm, markedly enhancing efficiency. Additionally, using an ultrasonic deblinding system in conjunction with the screening machine facilitated the quick passage of clay through the mesh, even for the 75μm material, thereby reducing mesh blockage.

Our advanced vibrating separator machine efficiently screens Attapulgite Clay, solving customers’ low sifting efficiency issues, preventing material aggregation, and achieving their screening objectives. We offer comprehensive sieving and separation solutions with screen sizes ranging from 400mm to 2000mm and mesh sizes from 1 to 625 mesh, catering to the entire clay industry, including Kaolin, Bentonite, Halloysite, talc, Sepiolite, Cordierite, and more.
